Kyota, the main character, was a stubborn student during his school days and sacrificed various things such as friendships to take the examination to enter university of his choice.
However, despite his efforts, he successfully passed the famous national university, but he was worried about the gap between his ideals and reality.

One day in the spring he was seriously injured in a traffic accident and was taken to a large general hospital.
Kyota meets with Hibari Uekusa who became a nurse at the hospital where he was hospitalized.

Unfortunately , sad fates is what awaits for Kyota…poor Kyota.
